I require that you give 24 hours notice to cancel OR change the service for an appointment. Less than 24 hours notice (including same day cancellations/changes) or no-show will result in a rebooking fee of up to 50% of service cost. Repeated cancellations are subject to deposit for future appointments or dismissal from client list. As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation text message and email 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, as well as a reminder text 24 hours before. Please confirm appointments.
